G4S are looking for a experienced full-time Security Officer to work as part of a team at our prestigious clients' site in central London.

This is a high profile site, and the standards required by G4S are of the highest order. Integrity and strength of character are absolute essentials for this role. We are looking for security personnel who are passionate about creating a safe and secure environment all whilst delivering customer service to the highest level in a busy environment and carve out a career with the biggest name in security.

As a Security Officer you will be required to carry out duties in a busy environment, which includes computer use and several clerical duties in addition to security tasks. You will need to have a good knowledge of IT and systems. With a keen eye and a brilliant way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities.

Your Time at Work

Position: Area Security Officer
Location: Central London
Pay Rate: £15.33 per hour
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
Shifts: Mix of Days Nights and Weekend 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

SIA license and previous relevant experience essential.

Your duties include:
-     Greeting staff and visitors
-     Controlling access in and out of the building
-     Assisting the card access team
-     Patrolling the premises and ensuring security protocols are being adhered to
-     Dealing with disturbances/ issues and security incidents
-     Dealing with first aid and incident reporting
