Part Time Purchase Ledger

We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join our client in a part time capacity. Hours of work are Wednesday to Friday, 7.5 hours each day.
Candidates will need to be experienced with the inputting of purchase invoices onto Opera / Netsuite. You will be monitoring the petty cash - money coming in / going out. You will be liaising with customers regarding any credit control concerns and dealing with credit capacity.
You will be required to post journals onto Opera and costing on Opera from workshop timesheets. You will need to manage the fleet of company vehicles, including the managing of fuel cards, servicing, repairs and the ordering of new vehicles.
Candidates interested in this role should have gained a minimum of 1 - 2 years previous experience within an accounts environment and ideally have experience of using OPERA / Netsuite.
