Customer Service Manager

Salary/Rate:
£50,000 - £55,000/annum travel allowance + bonus

I am currently working with a large residential developer who operate in Essex area they are currently looking for a customer service manager to join them

Day to day duties:

  • Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved
  • Reporting into the Head of Customer Service
  • Carrying out inspections and reporting defects
  • Dealing with subcontractors and Trades
  • Keeping customers up to date with time scales of the complaints
  • Liaising daily with the the rest of the customer service teams
  • Instructing maintenance technicians
  • Conducting home demonstrations to customers
  • Inspection prior to the customer moving in
  • Instruct Subcontractors/Trades as required

In order to be considered for this role you will need direct defect experience within housing ideally within Management
