We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and development of business within designated areas. This role involves raising the profile of our client, seeking new business opportunities within the structural insurance warranty market, and securing projects through strong customer relations. As a brand ambassador, the business development executive will always promote our company values and ethos. Salary is £36.5k with an uncapped commission with car allowance.

The ideal Business Development Executive must demonstrate the following on their CV:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with documented evidence of meeting annual sales margins and targets.
  • The business development executive will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A full driver's license.

Area Coverage:

  • North London (Ideally the business development executive would be based in Thames, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent)
  • The above areas are subject to change.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (flexibility required).
  • Salary and commission structure will be discussed during the interview
