Salary:

£25,000 + Bonus

As a Contract Coordinator based at our Fusion Utilities site in Luton (LU1 1XL), you’ll be responsible for:  

• Dealing with telephone enquiries regarding equipment hire, sales, repair, exchange and breakdowns

• Managing equipment exchange and breakdown schedules

• Process hire contracts, breakdown reports, exchange records and sales orders

• Ensure good lines of communication are maintained and excellent customer service is provided

You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.

• Excellent customer service

• Extensive administration experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask

• Strong IT experience (In particular Excel)
