Job Title: Account Administrator

Location: Thame

Salary: From £24,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break)

As an Account Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Account Director in the successful delivery of services to their largest clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and IT skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties:Answering inbound calls, transferring calls to relevant personnel, and greeting visitors to the company site.
  • Communication at all levels:Maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues, primarily through email and telephone.
  • General office administrative support:Carrying out daily tasks such as producing labels, chasing PODs, and processing client orders.
  • Account management support:Assisting the team in delivering key activities, working to tight deadlines on tactical and long-term projects.
  • Stock control: Input / upkeep of company stock records via various Warehouse stock management systems
  • General Business Support: You will be required to support the business with additional projects and other adhoc work from time to time.

Key Requirements:

  • Good Microsoft skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive approach to all scenarios and a desire to learn and progress.
