About the Role: We are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Newport and the surrounding areas. This is a highly rewarding role where you will play a vital part in supporting student's education and development. As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classroom behaviour, deliver pre-set work, and ensure a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classes during teacher's absences
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students stay on task
• Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere
• Support students with their learning and development
• Ensure school policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Fluency in Welsh is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Passion for education and making a difference in student's lives
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments
