Your new role
- Monday – Friday
- Building services maintenance, painting, and decorating, minor repairs and patchwork, maintain the general tidiness of all compounds, workshops, plant rooms and service ducts.
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern (DAYS ONLY)
- Career progression available
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Preventative Maintenance (RPM) tasks as assigned through Maximo or other systems, based on required skill levels.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in FM positions.
- An effective communicator both written & oral.
- To plan, prioritise and allocate work.
- Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
