Responsibilities * Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 3 to 4-bedroom home. * Providing leadership and support to a dedicated team. * Ensuring regulatory compliance and upholding quality standards. * Creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. * Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

Skills/Experience * Experience in a leadership role within a similar setting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.

Hours * Full-time
