Our client, a leading housing organisation, is seeking a skilled and experienced Building Safety Manager focusing on Gas Safety to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months initially but likely to be extended. 🔒 The Role:

As the Building Safety Manager - Gas, you will play a crucial role in the overall building safety management of 9-10 high-risk buildings within our client's housing portfolio. You will be responsible for keeping all Building Safety Cases up to date with information related to your assigned areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Gas safety: conducting inspections, servicing, testing, remedials, and replacements for communal and domestic areas

- Biomass safety: carrying out inspections, servicing, testing, remedials, and replacements for communal and domestic areas

- Heating/hot water provision: overseeing inspections, servicing, testing, remedials, and replacements for communal and domestic areas

- Damp and Mould: monitoring and reporting issues within assigned blocks

- Structural Issues: monitoring and reporting on the structural condition of assigned blocks

💡 Requirements:

To succeed in this role, our ideal candidate should have:

• NEBOSH and CIOB qualifications
• Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and compliance
• Experience in developing and delivering compliant building safety cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
