Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Stroud
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 per annum + competitive commission structure
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify leads and generate new business from sales activity
- Develop and nurture existing clients
- Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through to placing them in their new role
- Headhunt candidates
- Develop a sales plan to meet targets
- Hold client meeting with new and existing customers
- Place job adverts to attract great quality candidates
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
- Previous experience in a sales focused role
- Proven track record of hitting KPI’s
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment
- Highly motivated and resilient
