We’re looking for an ambitious and tenacious Customer Service Advisor ideally with a background in or at least an interest in the Marine, Boat Building or Composites industries to join our growing team in Hampshire. We are an independently owned family run business. You will be joining a financially stable, growing industry, leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality epoxy products.

BASIC SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000

LOCATION: Office Based in Hampshire – Hours Monday to Friday 0830 – 1630.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Advisor, Technical Advisor, Product Advisor - Resins and Adhesives, Manufacturing

This Customer Service Advisor role is a technical support role which requires you to provide technical advice to our potential customers and existing customers through different methods including email, phone and face to face, complementing our sales teams when out on business. This role will be assisting the Senior Technical Advisor with the delivery of training courses for the products. Also included in your responsibilities will be:

· To work in cohesion with the Chemist to stay updated with the products to provide suitable advice efficiently.
· Adding the technical information to aid the creation of marketing content. 
· Providing support to the planning and preparation for the exhibitions that are attended throughout the year.

To be successful in this role you could be an aspiring or time served technically minded person working within a technical consumable business. In a perfect world you will work with a technical product or with boats or in the marine industry. You could also be a technically minded Graduate looking for a role that can offer them growth and progression along with stability and personal development. 

You will also demonstrate:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and be comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholders from technical / design to business owners & directors.
· Experience working with clients and providing customer-facing support.
· A Keen interest in continuous learning and professional development.
