Off the back of a successful 6 months of recruiting and onboarding, we are now looking for a team of consultants to join us as we enter our new financial year, focusing on food & FMCG industries.
At The Sterling Choice, we excel in food industry recruitment, we have a team of 18 consultants so to compliment the skills we already have, I am needing consultants to join us on a full time basis.
Role:
- Source top-tier candidates across an un-decided discipline within the the FMCG industry, will be anything from engineering, operations or technical.
- Generate and chase leads while keeping a pool of warm candidates you can continually dive into to ensure our clients are kept in the loop with the top talent.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (2-3 years)
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Able to work on a proactive basis
- Be willing to learn and absorb yourself in the food/manufacturing industry
