Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Colchester, Essex
37.5 hour per week
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Assist in the resolution of any customer complaints or issues, ensuring satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
