Salesforce Manager - Business Services - Central London - c£70k + generous benefits 

We are on the hunt for a proactive, forward-thinking and hands-on Salesforce Manager, with significant Salesforce product knowledge and experience with Sales Cloud, to join our client, a rapidly-growing, world class business services provider based in Central London.

The Salesforce Manager will play a crucial role in continuously improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for the organisation. You will gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions and manage the product roadmap. You will have solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform so you can understand the company’s current setup and business objectives and identify areas of improvement.

A competitive salary of c£70k is offered together with 25 days annual leave (plus BH) and a generous bonus scheme.

Please note: this is an office based role, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities as the Salesforce Manager will include:

  • Salesforce user and licence management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules etc
  • Configuration changes including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, custom metadata, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Identifying and gathering requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions
  • Identifying unused or underutilised platform features
  • Creating a platform roadmap and defining priorities
  • Data management to improve quality
  • Proactive system maintenance (security reviews, release updates, health check and optimiser etc)
  • User support tickets
  • Providing new user and ongoing user training as required
  • Producing technical documentation
  • Developing and maintaining API integrations between Salesforce and other systems
  • Managing and updating company websites across the group
  • Implementing website changes and enhancements as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and demonstrable experience (3+ years) of Salesforce Administration
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator ++ and Platform Developer 1
  • Experienced in designing scalable, best practice solutions
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Experienced in training users and key stakeholders
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Ability to liaise at all levels
  • Website development experience (relevant qualifications are advantageous)
  • Focused, organised, self-motivated, flexible and dynamic nature
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Desire to go above and beyond
