🌟 Role Overview 🌟

As an Oracle HR Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle HR Cloud solutions. Your expertise in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI publisher will be instrumental in providing analytical insights and reporting capabilities to enhance the HR operations of our client. You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the design, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle HR systems.

💼 Key Responsibilities 💼

🔹 Utilise OTBI and BI publisher to create reports and dashboards

🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR business requirements

🔹 Implement and configure Oracle HR Cloud solutions

🔹 Provide guidance and support to HR teams in system usage and functionality

🔹 Participate in system testing and troubleshooting activities

🔹 Assist in data migration and integration tasks

🔹 Stay updated with industry trends and best practises in Oracle HR

💻 Required Skills and Qualifications 💻

🔸 Strong experience in Oracle HR Cloud implementation and support

🔸 Proficiency in OTBI and BI publisher for creating reports and dashboards

🔸 In-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems

🔸 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

🔸 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

🔸 Oracle certifications in HR modules are highly desirable
