Job Title: Finance Director - PART TIME

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata

Location: Bearwood / Smethwick

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Part Time Finance Director for a fantastic business in Birmingham. The company specialises in Manufacturing and Retail of a boutique, luxury gardening essential. They are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running.

The Candidates responsibilities:

• Prepare annual financial statements
• Prepare monthly management accounts and other financial information
• Responsible for VAT, tax returns, balance sheets, cash flow and forecasts
• Be the first port of call for any technical accounting queries
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cost accounting
• Analysing trends and cost changes when it comes to raw materials and stock

Skills Needed:

• An accounting qualification or fully qualified accountant is desirable.
• Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.
• Knowledge of accounting software's is desirable.

• Confidence in identifying any issues with the ability to resolve them effectively and efficiently.

• Knowledge of Microsoft, general IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary.

• Be confident when it comes to decision making and taking on any queries.
