Ceptre are supporting a client with a Group Head of Software, having created a new role within the business, this position is crucial to driving the company forward across the group, within the UK and internationally.
This client has significantly grown over the last 5 years through organic growth and the acquisition of other businesses, which has seen an increase in turnover and head count.
The right person for this role will need at least 3 years experience in a leadership position and have strong technical skills with Azure and Vue.
Responsibilities
- Working across the business and varied departments to promote customers objectives and deliver on high end products.
- Stakeholder management.
- Have a passion for achieving business objectives aligned with customer focus and company success.
- Ensure that the client delivers on customer-centric developments and offers a competitive offering in their products and platforms.
- Travelling within the UK and Internationally as the business requires.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading a software development team, including providing development opportunities within that team too.
- Degree in Computer Science / Similar background/industry.
- Delivering on systems to pace required.
- Integration expiration - Jira or equivalent.
