EYFS Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B65 | £90 - £105 per day | September 2024 | Long-term to Perm

LTF Recruitment is partnering with a respected 'OFSTED' Good-rated school in Rowley Regis, seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team for the upcoming academic year. This role offers a pivotal opportunity to influence the educational journey of young pupils, building trust and confidence within our school community with your warm and approachable manner. The school is looking for you to join them on a full-time basis from September, working the full academic year, for the right candidate this can become a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher in implementing the EYFS Curriculum within a mainstream classroom setting.
• Develop and lead engaging activities and games to promote socialization and inclusivity.
• Adapt your approach and support methods to meet the unique requirements of each child.
• Provide close assistance to pupils encountering challenges in the classroom.

The school is looking for someone that:

• Has knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
• Has a passion to support and engage children with a range of learning needs.
• Has experience of working in a Primary or SEN school.
