• Average fees are currently £5,300?
• The personal commission structure is excellent with 7% on listings passed to you via their own marketing and 12% on all self-generated listings or door knocked listings with an additional 1% on listings where the fee is greater than 1.25%.
• A Sales Lister plays a crucial role in generating new property listings and ensuring that the portfolio is constantly updated with high-quality, market-ready properties.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing properties, securing new listings, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients looking to sell their homes.

• Property Appraisals: Conduct accurate and professional property appraisals to provide clients with realistic and competitive market prices.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and marketing activities.
