Are you an ambitious and driven leader with a passion for providing excellent quality care? Our client is seeking a talented Regional Support Manager in the Yorkshire region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established private care provider of residential and nursing care for older people across the North of the UK and is commutable from West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and the Leeds M62 corridor.

With a salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for career development. You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to achieving performance targets and delivering top-notch care.

Our client is a well-established private care provider specialising in residential and nursing care for older people. They operate several homes across the North of the UK, committed to delivering high-quality care and service.

As a Regional Support Manager, you will:

  • Support key homes to ensure compliance with standards, reporting, and service delivery.
  • Complete provider reviews and home visits.
  • Conduct investigations into complaints and safeguarding referrals.
  • Oversee the induction of new Home Managers.
  • Assist Home Managers with effective marketing strategies.
  • Support Regional Managers and Home Managers with recruitment and retention.
  • Identify problems and create action plans to address them.
  • Ensure homes provide high-quality care and meet legislative, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Manage a home in the absence of a Home Manager when required.

To be successful as a Regional Support Manager, you should have:

  • Longevity in previous posts.
  • A good CQC track record.
