Our client is a well-established private care provider specialising in residential and nursing care for older people. They operate several homes across the North of the UK, committed to delivering high-quality care and service.
As a Regional Support Manager, you will:
- Support key homes to ensure compliance with standards, reporting, and service delivery.
- Complete provider reviews and home visits.
- Conduct investigations into complaints and safeguarding referrals.
- Oversee the induction of new Home Managers.
- Assist Home Managers with effective marketing strategies.
- Support Regional Managers and Home Managers with recruitment and retention.
- Identify problems and create action plans to address them.
- Ensure homes provide high-quality care and meet legislative, regulatory, and company standards.
- Manage a home in the absence of a Home Manager when required.
The Regional Support Manager role comes with an excellent package, including:
- Annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000, negotiable based on experience.
