- Excellent communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of HR and Health & Safety policies
- Initiative, flexibility, and proactive attitude
- Training delivery and major incident scenario expertise
- Competency in safety audit and compliance enforcement
- Accident/incident investigation skills
- SIA Door Supervisor licence
- CCTV licence
- Full driver's licence
- Provide 5-year employment history for vetting
- First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable)
