Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Remediation and Groundworks across the UK.
About the role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £50m.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the requirements
- This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
- Ideally be Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
- 2 – 4 years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
