• Salary TBC ; likely to be £85,000 - £95,000 + package  

Are you seeking General Manager jobs, Sales Director jobs, general Manager jobs or Managing Director jobs? You MUST have real drive and energy and have experience of growing an SME (ideally in that £10m to £30m sort of size).

General Manager Candidate profile:

• Must be within 1 hour (approx.) of Darlington which is the main facility 30,000 sq. feet
• An experienced General Manager but with drive and energy
• Or - ambitious - wanting to take that step from being a head of sales or Sales Director to become a general Manager / Managing Director with full P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership ability
• Flexible on industry background providing it’s in the industrial/engineering/manufacturing sectors

It’s not often roles like this come up where there is a decentralised model so you get real autonomy to grow a £20m t/o business but have the full backing of a FTSE 100 PLC whose share price is up 113% in the last 3 years.
