BDS are currently recruiting for several different roles, part and full time across the Devon and Cornwall area.
We currently have available roles in;
• Homeless Support Work
• Housing and General Support with Young People
• Housing Support Work
We currently have positions in;
• Tolvaddon
• Exeter
• Redruth and more upcoming
We are looking for confident, friendly and enthusiastic people with a passion for supporting vulnerable clients in Housing.
The ideal candidate would have;
• Clear understanding of diversity within a role dealing with vulnerable people.
• Knowledge and understanding of housing related support.
• Ability to promote independence and self-determination.
• Ability to create creative and constructive relationships with individuals.
• Confident in dealing with a wide range of people, able to read and assess difficult situations and provide solutions.
• Experience of supporting a wide range of people with varying support needs.
Roles are available with immediate starts
Temp ongoing and perm positions available
Payrate in circa of £17.80 UMB
Full and Part time roles available.
Please note; An Enhanced DBS Certificate is required for this role.
