Female Support Worker - Thorpe-St-Andrew

We are recruiting for a compassionate female Support Worker to join our team in Thorpe-St-Andrew. The position is part time and permanent (25 hours per week)
A driver with a clean and full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
You will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for any sleep in shifts carried out. The payment for sleep ins is non-contractual.
You will be supporting 3 women who share their home to make sure they live the best lives possible.
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleep ins
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
