Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher seeking an exciting opportunity? Our vibrant primary school is looking for passionate educators to join us as PPA Cover Teachers! As part of our team, you'll have the chance to inspire young minds, unleash creativity, and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

The competitive pay rate for this position is between £120 and £150 per day, depending on experience you may get a higher rate. You will be required for the rest of the academic year. This role is open to ECTs who are looking to gain experience in a supportive school.

PPA Cover Teacher

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum standards and support the creative curriculum delivered by the school
• Understand age-related expectations for children within KS1/KS2 and scaffold and stretch accordingly to maximise educational outcomes for pupils as individuals
• Keep up-to-date records of data
• Build a positive rapport with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
• Work effectively as a team player with the TA, key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources and best practice

Essential Requirements:

-QTS (Or an equivalent teaching qualification)

-Excellent references to support previous experience in KS1 or KS2 (ideally in a both Key Stages)

-A CV that covers full employment history

-The right to work in the UK
