I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a small residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their new build resi scheme based in North West London. The scheme compromises of 9 new build 3 storey townhouses, which are RC frame structure.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, managing health and safety on site, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into a visiting Project Manager. The ideal candidate would be for a very strong Assistant Site Manager looking to make that next step as a Site Manager. This scheme is due to run to May 2025.
