IT Support Engineer

I have partnered with a leading flower company who are looking to expand their team with an IT Support Engineer. You will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support and on the odd occasion getting involved with project based work.
Responsibilities:
- Service Desk support- 1st/2nd line
- Maintenance of backup processes
- Software installations, patching + upgrades
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks
Experience:
- Microsoft products- Office 365
- Windows Servers + Operating systems
- Knowledge of network devices- PCs, laptops, printers
- Office 365 administration
- LAN/WAN
- Knowledge of Azure (beneficial)
