About the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role

As Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure continued manufacturing, performing all tasks within the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management, H&S and environmental system.

Other responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will include:

• Engineering installation of new production equipment.
• Delivering production processes that are appropriate for the manufacturing environment, and that meet manufacturing objectives.
• Conforming to procedures that are compliant to ISO, GMP and all other applicable agency regulations and standards.
• Communicate opportunities to develop most efficient processes.
• Support the Engineering Manager with plant projects as required.

About You

You will have previous experience in a similar Maintenance Engineer role and preferably have experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment.

Other requirements include:

• A strong understanding of machine operation and production processes.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO quality systems, validation principles for manufacturing processes and statutory facility requirements.
• Experience in design for manufacturing, process design, process validation and project management.
• Experience with statistical techniques (e.g., DOE, SPC, Six Sigma problem solving).
