Social Work Parters are looking for Social Workers for a Children's Case Management Team for Shropshire County Council. 

The Case Management team covers assessment, CP, CIN and court.

Info about team and role:
Protected caseloads, average is 18, maximum is 20.
All senior management is permanent, so very stable and supportive. They are also very flexible and can accommodate condensed hours.
Will allow workers to build up TOIL and use for annual leave or if they need to attend personal appointments etc.
2 days in the office per week.
Duty will be around 2 days per month per worker and they will be expected in the office for duty.
The authority has a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.
They use LCS and the Restorative Practice model.

They will consider both locum and perm workers.
They are in the West Mids MOU so they can’t pay any higher than £33.30ph.
Perm salaries up to £46,464 PA along with £5000 retention payment.
Training and development courses available to all staff including locums.
Lots of progression available for workers.

Job Requirements:

  • Social Work qualification 
  • Right to work in the UK
  • SWE Registration
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Completed ASYE
  • Drivers licence with access to own vehicle
