We are looking for an experienced, Architectural Technician to become part of our rapidly growing business. Responsible for carrying out building warrant and planning permission applications all the way to completion for Living Space extensions, conservatory roof replacements, commercial property developments and other home improvements. You will also learn to provide technical support for the wider business and be part of the product development team.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in architectural technology, construction or design.

You will be someone who has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work as part of a team. Experience with AutoCAD software packages and the domestic property sector is essential and an understanding of contract administration would be beneficial.
