Contracts Administrator

This is a great opportunity to join a busy team within a landscaping contractor as a Contracts Administrator. The role will ideally suit someone who has worked in a landscaping company and is looking for an office based opportunity. Office hours are 7.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. The salary is negotiable.
Duties of the Contracts Administrator:
- Managing the day-to-day commercial responsibilities for live sites.
- Working closely with contract managers and the purchasing team.
- Liaising with nurseries and necessary transport departments.
- Reviewing drawings and specifications.
- Variation production and management.
- Valuations & invoice creation & processing.
- Site meetings with clients and/or operational teams.
- Be able to work on their own initiative whilst always remembering they are working as part of a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Knowledge horticultural machinery.
The successful Contracts Administrator will have the following skill/experience:
- Landscaping in the commercial sector ideally.
- Experience in a similar supervisory role: 1 year (Desirable).
- Knowledge of hard and soft landscaping.
- Hold a valid CSCS Card ideally.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Self-motivated, problem solving, presentable and leadership skills.
- Fully computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
Hours
- Monday to Friday. 7:30am - 5pm.
