Job Description:
We urgently seek a passionate Cover Supply Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality education and support the overall development and well-being of our students. This role ensures a safe, pleasant, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise the teaching area to provide a safe, stimulating environment
• Plan and deliver curriculum-based lessons
• Develop positive relationships with families and carers
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one support to students needing extra help
• Supervise students during breaks and field trips
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Help with administrative tasks
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Passion for education and working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant qualification in education or childcare desirable but not essential
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training (issued in the last year)

Eligibility:

• Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willing to process a new application
• Two professional child-related references
