Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Trade Counter Sales person to join their well established client in Watford, This is a full-time role, the succesful candidate will join on a permanent basis.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:30 & alternate Saturdays 07:00 to 11:00
This role involves:
- account managing customers
- responding to emails and inbound calls
- sending quotes
- helping customers on the trade counter
- providing a brilliant customer service face to face and on the phone
- keeping trade counter area stocked and organised
- processing orders
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
- a minimum of 2 years trade counter sales experience within a building supplies business
- confident with inbound and internal sales
- brilliant customer service skills
- basic understanding of profits & margins
- computer literate
- fluent English speaking, reading & writing
- willing to learn new skills
