Matthew James Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies. Hours of work: Monday- Friday 9am until 5pm, 1 in 2 weekends will be required to be worked (with day off in the week).

Salary: £27,000- £30,000 with OTE £53,000-£55,000

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Utilise Salesforce software to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and drive sales
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Fluent in English with proficiency in Spanish being advantageous

Experience:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry
• Strong software skills, including proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
