Executive Assistant/PA, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Swindon, offering an annual salary of £31,000 plus a range of highly attractive benefits. Working in a highly compliant environment requires previous experience gained in risk management, audit and/or corporate governance, best suited to an experienced PA/Executive Assistant who can demonstrate previous employment and reporting lines to key stakeholders and directors.  The ability to prioritise, schedule, place and execute high-volume, complex administration tasks is key to the success of this role.

As Executive Assistant/PA, you may have worked within the public sector, education and/or local authority sectors, having relevant administrative skills to include advanced working knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook). The ability to manage corporate meetings, collating reports and information for use at general annual meetings, ensuring that all communication is delivered to highly professional standards, both written and verbal.

We are ideally seeking an experienced PA/Exec Assistant who can evidence at least 3-5 years of previous employment expertise, someone who can work to extremely tight schedules, planning events, meetings and seminars on behalf of the wider senior management team. Reporting to the head of governance and compliance, we are looking to attract a candidate who may have attained a higher level of education in Business and Administration, able to share excellent employment references.
