My client commitment to respect, integrity, and friendly customer service has earned them a reputation for effectiveness and reliability. They are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Agent Manager to join their dynamic team and lead our enforcement operations to excellence.

Role:
 
As a Field Agent Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the enforcement team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our agents are performing effectively, ethically, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. You will lead by example, providing guidance, support, and training to your team, while also managing target performance and driving operational improvements.
 
You will also be expected to:
 

• Manage and supervise a team of field agents, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of enforcement activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to agents, and also areas of improvement and target setting.
• Handle complex cases and escalations, providing expert advice and support.
• Liaise with clients, wider teams and managers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction and quality of service.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on enforcement activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our operations.

 
Requirements
 
As the Field Agent Manager, you will have previous experience and success in a team Leader or Management position, with experience of managing sizable teams of at least 12-15. You will have experience of maintaining high performance and where possible taking the team to an even higher level of service delivery and performance and target achievement. 
 
In addition to the above, as the Field Agent Manager, you will:
 

• Be able to work reactively and adopt a positive attitude towards circumstances that arise.
• You will have demonstrable experience of leading teams that exceeded targets and you as an individual will be very target and results driven – you’re proactive and want to achieve great things!
• Offer exceptional communication skills and liaise effectively at all levels.
• Have experience of working within a high-pressured industry/environment, and to still be able to maintain excellent attention to detail.
