Your new company
Leading international construction company operating across multiple sectors including build, infrastructure and energy

Your new role
Working on a project in St Ives with the main focus on the scheme being the installation of Solar Charging Ports, they require a Site Manager for holiday cover.
As Site Manager you will be required to:

  • Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications
  • Measuring and quality checking building materials
  • Carrying out site inductions
  • RAMS reviews
  • Ensuring programmes are followed and any deviation identified to the Project Manager
  • Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
  • Keeping detailed records of work
  • Liaising with contractors and site team
  • Ensuring building regulations, health and safety legislation, legal and environmental requirements are met.
  • Compliance


What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid is essential
