My esteemed client is looking for a Consumer Care Manager to start asap on a temporary contract for approx 12 months.

1. Brand Content Sharing:

   • Gather and oversee up-to-date brand content and information (volume forecasting, promotions, product launches).
   • Transmit this information to the zone team.
   • Share brand-specific details for the country.
   • Monitor brand reporting/KPIs to measure success and share insights.

2. Consumer Feedback Management:

   • Own the consumer feedback loop to local brands and follow up on the implementation of solutions.
   • Animate divisions and brand meetings:
     • Define WOW committees with divisions and brands.
     • Initiate and drive reporting to provide consumer feedback summaries and share progress on FT projects.

3. Consumer Engagement:

   • Engage with consumers on specific requests transferred or directly routed to the country.
   • Investigate country-specific escalations and work with brands to solve root causes.

4. Back-Office Consumer Tasks:

   • Follow up on tasks such as coupons and health certificates.
   • Manage country-specific systems.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of the beauty market and brands.
• Project management skills (marketing, tech, etc.).
• Consumer centricity and knowledge of UK culture.
