Trainee Sales Negotiator

Responsive Personnel are excited to once again be recruiting for one of our clients, this time for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for their busy Reading office.

This is an exciting career opportunity with a leading independent estate agency based in Reading and the surrounding areas.

Is this you?

• Ideally at least 1 years’ experience within residential sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a customer facing role would be preferred, but not essential
• Excellent face to face customer service skills
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well presented
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Key responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, help progress sales through to exchange and completion.
 

What you can expect

Full training will be provided to develop and progress you onwards in your career and to become ARLA - NFOPP qualified

A basic salary of £20000, and realistic first year On Target Earning of £30000.
