Our client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer who is looking to move up to Project Management or an established Project Manager looking to develop their career to join their UK team. This role involves managing a variety of applications and environments related to process control, data analytics software, and assembly tooling solutions. Ideal for experienced Project Engineers looking to leverage their expertise in project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the coordination and planning of projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales, resources, and budgets.
  • Utilise your communication skills to liaise with suppliers and clients, presenting ideas and solutions persuasively.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing/Product Managers and internal departments within the UK customer centre.
  • Deliver engineering and project excellence to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage projects to maximise profits, increase margins, and add value.
  • Work closely with the Projects team, Service team, and business line to ensure clear communication on all projects.
  • Assist Area Sales Managers in producing quotations to meet customer requests.

  • Strong technical/professional knowledge to understand customer requirements thoroughly.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Degree in an Engineering Discipline (candidates with lower qualifications but more experience will be considered).
  • PRINCE2 qualification is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Project Engineering/Management Environment
  • Demonstrable ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple activities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Experience with Project Management Software.
  • UK work permit and full UK driving licence required.
