Are you a meticulous and experienced QC Compliance Officer ready to ensure the highest standards of quality in raw materials, packaging, and supplier management? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Raw Materials & Packaging Quality Assurance: Oversee and manage the quality control processes for all raw materials and packaging components to ensure they meet our client's stringent quality standards.
• Supplier Evaluation & Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of current and potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with company specifications and industry regulations.
• Specifications & Documentation: Develop, review, and maintain detailed specifications and documentation for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• BRC Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards, maintaining our accreditation and preparing for audits.
• Annual Reviews: Perform thorough annual reviews of supplier performance, raw material quality, and packaging effectiveness to continually improve our client's quality assurance processes.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience in quality control, particularly with raw materials, packaging, and supplier management.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of BRC standards and their application in a quality assurance context.
• Documentation Skills: Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create and maintain clear, precise records.
• Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and auditors.
• Initiative: A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
