What is the purpose of the role?
To be the User Researcher on the new technology programme for the client which is replacing the current system.
Main Focus:
Firstly to take designs in flight to a select group of retail outlet owners to get real user feedback which is then fed back to the relevant stakeholders with success or failure identified, and improvements recommended.
Secondly this role is to be the gatekeeper of all User Feedback using the New platform which will come from several different areas including training, outlet owner forums, engagement teams and any other touchpoint that postmasters are wanting to give feedback on it.
This needs to be highly auditable which means a stable process around this is being built around this, documented correctly, feedback actioned on accordingly and then fed back to stakeholders so this person will have high stakeholder communication.
