Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the vibrant commercial team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in making applications for payment and supporting the commercial department in various duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit applications for payment.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
• Support the commercial team with financial and contractual administration.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Contribute to project planning and scheduling.

Requirements:

• A degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying (preferred).
• Background in construction.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• No previous experience in landscaping is required.
