Leaders In Care are looking to support families to help children and young people who have a significant disability or impairment, struggling to meet their real life ambitions.

Within this role as a CWD Social Worker, you will be listening to children and young people, putting them first at what you do, working in partnership with families to ensure they are equipped to offer the children the bets lifestyle, you will have a duty to safeguard vulnerable children and young people to develop plans and provide a quality service when appropriate. You need court work experience within this role and must be SWE registered!
