Office Manager

Management of Reception

  • Line management of 3 Administrators
  • Manage 5 Meeting calendars
  • Diary Management
  • Arrange catering for meetings and events
  • Manage Head Office Facilities
  • Switchboard, Visitors & Deliveries
  • Coordinate Cleaners
  • Supply ordering

Administrative Duties

  • PA to Board of Directors
  • Reception duties
  • Typing of documents including letters, handbooks, policies and memos
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Team relating to policies and assist with upload to relevant systems
  • Upload all documents to intranet site and maintain if amendments are made
  • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Proof reading of official documents including Regulation 44 and 45 reports
  • Maintain office supply inventories and order office supplies
  • Resolve administrative problems and enquiries
  • Co-ordinate and organise the diaries and schedules of management
  • To electronically produce reports, letters, agendas
  • To organise and co-ordinate meetings
  • To arrange travel and accommodation
  • To co-ordinate, print, distribute and collate relevant documentation
  • Collate term dates for all Schools within the group
  • Arrange venues for meetings and events
  • Manage the Annual Group Meeting Calendar
  • Manage insurance claims
