In this role you will be involved in general buildings maintenance activities to assist in the day to day running and upkeep of a busy workshop and site. Duties may include painting, checking of the buildings & facilities and repairing of any damages, fitting of fixtures such as door handles & shelving and general cleaning, tidying & upkeep of the facility in a Monday - Friday days-based role.

To be considered for this position you must be hardworking & passionate about providing a high quality of work in a building's maintenance role and have experience in a similar position.

The Role:

• General Building Maintenance
• Range of duties to include but not limited to Cleaning, Tidying, Repairs, Fixtures & fittings etc.
• Days based Monday - Friday

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Building Maintenance / handyman role ( ability to use hand tools for maintenance tasks)
• High quality of work & detail orientated.
• Passionate, hardworking & a team player
