Occupational Health Manager
Full/Part time permanent
Suffolk
At Greys, we are currently working with our client to recruit an Occupational Health Manager on a full or part time permanent basis.
This is an in-house role based on site in Suffolk with some flexibility to work from home.
Remit to include:
- Lead the on-site OH service
- Ensure OH policies are adhered to
- Ensure all pre-employment health screening is carried out and appropriate actions taken
- Provide Occupational Health advice, guidance and training to Line Managers
- Identify and prioritise site health needs and develop and implement health promotion activities
- Advising management & employees on Occupational Health matters
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration RN
- Diploma/Degree in OH (desirable)
- Team leadership experience
Salary – Up to £52,000 per annum dept on experience + excellent benefits.
