Showroom Administration Assistant

Our client is a bespoke natural stone installer. Whether you are looking for worktops, bathrooms, stairs, or outdoor areas, they can create your dream space using only the best quality of quartz, marble, granite, and quartzite.

You will play key role in day-to-day interaction with customers, suppliers, and interior designers and building relationships with them whilst ensuring continuous high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Day to day interaction with customers, suppliers, and interior designers
  2. Liaising with clients, building relationships with our customers and suppliers whilst ensuring continuous high standards
  3. Supporting customers to sign off and approve their drawings and materials
  4. Provide back-office support for the sales and account management team as required
  5. Typing and filing of documents, recording of minutes at meetings and recording footfall in the showroom
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft systems, word, excel outlook are essential.
  7. A flexible approach to the work environment
  8. Screen incoming calls, emails from customers and businesses and input the sales when required
  9. Complete all required administration functions so that accurate records are constantly maintained
  10. Diary Management for all staff members
  11. Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and brochures are accessible to clients

Requirements:

  1. Strong experience with liaising with customers
  2. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  3. Ability to work independently and contribute within a team
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service manner
  5. Ability to use own initiative to identify, pursue and secure opportunities
  6. Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  7. Proficient IT skills especially excel & Microsoft office
  8. Naturally ambitious, determined, and resourceful
  1. You will need to have recent relevant experience as an administration assistant
  2. Ability to process work with a high level of attention to detail, good knowledge of record keeping, good secretarial skills, good interpersonal skills, and initiative
  3. The ability to work on your own initiative in a fast- paced environment.
  4. The ability to commute to work on a timely manner

Location: Dublin 12

Job type: Full time-permanent

Salary: €29k to €33k DOE
